Swimming Lessons December 15th, 2009
Due to the fact that we have been to more beaches and islands during our holidays, I decided to enroll my kids to a swimming class. Just a small group. For the basic course, they were taught the freestyle. Anyway, as a swimmer, I feel that free style should be for intermediate while for basic, they should be introduce to the breaststroke.
Anyway, that is for me to teach them. Going to register for the club membership next month and maybe after that I could start conducting my own class
SRKSU – 200 Relay May 12th, 2009
Hariz team was last. He’s the 2nd runner, and he was last too … anyway, bukan sebab dia pancit, tapi the first runner terpijak batu tajam. Tapak kaki terkoyak sikit. Nak buat macam mana kan?
